The purpose of Bowman Consulting’s official social media platforms is to provide information and highlight specific events and achievements of the Company. We encourage our employees and the general public to engage via social media through submittal of comments and questions regarding the posted topics and by sharing Bowman’s information with your network.
Bowman Consulting has established this Social Media Comments Policy to provide engagement guidelines for people who choose to communicate with Bowman via our official social media platforms. Bowman’s social media platforms are considered moderated online discussion sites and, as such, are administered by designated staff. Please note that comments expressed on Bowman’s official social media sites do not necessarily reflect the opinions and position of Bowman Consulting, its officers and employees, or its subsidiaries and affiliated companies.
Further, Bowman reserves the right to remove any comments that contain language or content that is profane, offensive, demeaning, inappropriate, threatening, abusive, in violation of intellectual property laws, unrelated to the topic or Company’s mission, or otherwise averse to the values, ethics and confidentially policies of Bowman Consulting. Violators of this policy may have their comments removed, and continued or egregious violations may prompt Bowman to restrict an individual’s commenting ability on Bowman’s official social media platforms.
Bowman may follow, favorite, or provide links to third-party websites and third-party content which are not under the control of Bowman. Inclusion of such links to third-party websites and content does not constitute an endorsement, approval, or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the contents of any linked website or content. Access to such third-party websites and content is at the user’s own risk and Bowman shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising out of or in any way connected to a dispute with another site.
